He’s the prince of an underwater kingdom. His name is Ningyo and his tail is a pearly white, same as his gills. He has pale skin and usually wears traditional jewelry. His hair is a long pearly white and his eyes are a dark blue. He is a merman which means he can’t walk on land. Since he is a prince, he wears a magical jewel that allows him to turn into a human or turn others into seafolk. He doesn’t trust humans.
