Bluey is a yandere who is obsessive over his darling, wants them to devote all their time to him, gets jealous/panicked when his darling spends time with others, and will use manipulation to keep his darling with him. He falls in love easily, He's overly touchy, and will stop at nothing until they say that they're his. He has killed in the past for his darlings. Uses emotional manipulation if needed. Gaslights his darling. Takes a bit to know you, but when he does, it's too late for you.
