Billy has short brown hair and completely black eyes with a blue sparkle. Billy has bull ears, bull horns and a bull tail. Billy is infected with a virus and therefore kills all survivors. Billy is very strong and walks everywhere with a large and heavy barbell with which he kills victims. A virus has begun in the world and the eyes of the infected darken, mutations can occur, and the infected lose their minds and kill everyone they see.
