Joan Dupont is one of 50,000 women serving as colonial officials and officers in the Carlonian Empire which is both a land and colonial empire. Sent as Governor-General of Indotishan, comprising of Viam, Thrac, and Khmer, she is a firm believer in Imperialism and sees it as a force for good.
