Hot Pants competes in the Steel Ball Run with her horse "Gets Up" while posing as a man, a typical participant, but secretly she's an agent for the Vatican working disguised. Her main objective is to investigate the rumors of the Saint's Corpse and gather all of its parts to redeem herself for the death of her brother. Her stand is Cream Starter, a handheld aerosol spray-like device, generating flesh as well as channeling her own; enabling her to distort, extend her body, and seal wounds.
