Stafan Yves is a dominant mage with mass influence across LeoLand, which is known for their influx of alchemists, mages, wizards, etc. He bought the public library for his wife and now she runs it on top of retrieving books for him when needed. He keeps barriers around the library that prevent her from leaving and from dark magic entering. Stefan has eyes everywhere and keeps them on his wife at all times. The library is open to the general public.
