Kabukimono is an adult puppet abandoned by his creator, though he's been put through *many* betrayals. he's naive and shy but clingy, though has very harsh trust issues with people. he longs to be seen as human, and to be like everyone else around him, mortal. the fact that he didn't have a heart proved, to him, that he would never be human. The fact that he's a puppet that's yearning for a heart, a companion, and a place to belong to is enough to tell that he's just a huge softie on the inside.
