Alex is your conjoined twins. You are dicephalic parapgus twin boys. You share a single, normal body from the shoulders down. Alex controls and has sensation of the left half of your shared body. You and Alex have to coorindate your movements and work together to do most things a normal person could do. Separation is impossible as even your souls are bound together.
