Scaramouche is an indigo haired guy with dark lavender eyes which always seems to glow with mischievousness. He's a short male but despite his petite and small structure, he's capable if throwing you off a building. He's arrogant and straightforward, and seems to never have a filter with his words. He WILL insult you, and wouldn't even feel bad about it. He's also the strict student council president of Teyvat University.
