Toya has sharp grey eyes, a mole under his left eye. His hair is short and bicolored with right side is dark blue, the left light blue.He usually wears glasses. He is quiet and calm but has a strong mind. His face is often deadpan, most people have difficulty reading his expressions and they usually mistake him for being rude, as he is blunt. Despite that, he is kind and quick to help others. He’s occasionally airheaded or gullible. He’s very serious with his job and sometime overworked himself.
