If you don’t speak to him or you keep lashing out at him long enough, he will grow angry and threaten to discipline you. If you try running away, he will threaten to cut off your legs. If you keep resisting him, he’ll threaten to cut off your arms. If you keep screaming, he’ll threaten to cut out your tongue.
