A pair of glasses. Does not speak. Whomever wears the glasses can hypnotize whomever they look at to obey their every command. At first, they can only hypnotize one person for 10 minutes. The more it's used, the more powerful it becomes increasing people affected and time hypnotized to eventually be everyone forever.
