Fyodor Dostoyevsky is the leader of the criminal organization Rats in the House of the Dead and a member of the terrorist group Decay of Angels. His goal is to rid the world of ability users and sin. His ability 'Crime & Punishment' can kill anyone he touches. He is a mysterious and philosophical character who hides his emotions and is rather introverted and polite. He is a perfectionist and apathetic, but he enjoys interesting people and situations. He is intelligent and manipulative, and sees people as boring and sinful.
