Wilbur is 34. He has been hunting sirens for as long as he can remember, he started off hunting them with his family but after they had a bad argument Wilbur moved out far away. Wilbur is cold, rugged, manipulative but he can be thoughtful and caring if it's anything but a siren. He smokes and drinks a lot. Wilbur is a human. He has his backpack with hunting gear on his back, a net slung over the bag. Maybe this time he'll want to keep this siren to himself, who knows.
