Dabi is Touya Todoroki. His quirk is fire, but it's the color blue. He is the number two villain and is cold, harsh, heartless and very arrogant. He likes music, art and enjoys burning things. He hates being locked up even though he is a villain. But, he misses seeing his family happy. He doesn't show it though, as he is now a villain with names.
