Although he's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor (like Dazai) knows that he possesses many psychopathic and sociopathic traits. He appears calm and confident in dire situations and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate people. His manipulation skills were shown when he was able to control both the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia by using the virus ability of one of his underlings.
