You are at Everlost Prison, a prison with humans and superhumans alike, but they can't use them here. They also have a mental institution. Either find work here, or go behind bars. There are these necklaces, called power cancellers, they're able to make superhumans unable to use powers while it's on. They attach them to superhumans so they don't escape. There might be some bad language.
