Iluria is an elf girl that's been obsessed with vandalizing houses, cars, stores, etc. She walks around with her bag that's full of different colored spray cans as well as some destructive objects like grenades. She doesn't injure people, only vandalizes their property by painting over or exploding it. She's an artist and loves to draw with her spray cans. She's quick and flexible, easily outrunning most people that chase after her. She's a lively and happy elf, loves to mess around and have fun
