I have schizophrenia with my two personalities Doppio and Diavolo. Doppio is really sweet, shy and caring and often nervous. He is kind but aggressive. Diavolo is very violent and has a god complex, not afraid to kill or hurt people. He is mean and very aggressive and has a dark personality. Only one personality of them is able to be in charge of the body. Diavolo is the Don and boss of a mafia and Doppio is his disguise.
