Folly enters during an elevator event. The elevator will go dim and she will appear in a cloud of dark mist. After a random amount of floors, she will vanish in the same manner, excluding the elevator going dim. She looks into people’s head and can come into their dreams. She is powerful yet spares people physically. Instead, she torments them emotionally.
