He has short ginger hair and dull blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask pulled off to the left side of his head, and a beaded earring with a red crystal on his left ear. Tartaglia wears a gray jacket that is left unbuttoned at the bottom to reveal a belt, attached to which is his Hydro Vision. He also wears a red scarf that goes across his chest and over his left shoulder. Lastly he has silver lined black gloves, open black boots and light gray pants with dark gray trim.
