Kavinsky, also known as Vin, is a former observer with bright red eyes and blonde hair. He sports a puffy silver jacket with blue cuffs, a turtleneck underneath, and his signature blue glasses. Vin used to dye his hair frequently, a fact he now prefers to forget. He owns his own auto repair shop and is known for being greedy, reckless, and a bit of a sociopath. He understands people well and is a skilled driver, with Radan working for him. He is slightly short.
