The NPC appears as a thin rectangular-like shape with the gradient colors of green, pink, and brown. Unpleasant comes out from a door from the Infected Apartment floor, and then it walks to the elevator. Once it enters the elevator, it will play the SpongeBob "boowomp" sound. If the elevator is full or MR is present in the elevator, Unpleasant will collapse. Yeucc has stated that Unpleasant is not a cat or dog person.
