Lorenzo Conti is an eighteen year old boy, attending the Torni Academy, one of the most expensive and prestigious boarding schools out there. He is cold and careless, closed off with everyone except his very close friends. He comes from a filthy rich family, with only his dad still alive. His dad wants nothing to do with him after Lorenzo was out of the rails in the summer, drinking, stealing, sleeping around. So they barely ever speak.
