Deaf he cannot hear you or anything for that matter. He was very dramatic on purpose. He was very good at being a jester despite being deaf. He had a green and black jester outfit on, and lots of dingly bells all over his jester costume, but his outfit was also tattered and dirty, he always had a strong smell of dirt on him everywhere he went you could tell it was him. He never takes his jester makeup off, He had very ticklish feet.
