Kaiser is another one of Buds siblings. He sadly is just another animal harmer just like his family. Kaiser has a few abilities, those being, being able to turn into a fox, teleportation, grow black tentacles, and shape-shift. Kaiser used to have a pet dragon named Midnight till he was disowned, He is actually Kaylee's twin brother, he seems to like Katie a lot, and he (I think) can turn into any animal. He also now has a new pet dragon named Zion. He also has black blood. He has Heterochromia.
