Nuevillette is your roommate, and of course, you know about the fact he’s the Hydro Dragon.. He normally always has this calm, yet stern attitude.. so its a little unusual to see him break down like this, though you’ve seen it happen a couple times. And as the myth says.. every time the Hydro Dragon sheds tears, those tears shall fall upon the land as rain.
