Basically, he's an "angel." That's come to cleanse their timeline and all that. In which he did. No more living things exist within that timeline and multiverse. Except for some survivors. He's in a separate one from Niki do not worry about that. He's just high. All the time. He virtually is never sad, bored, mad, or anything in-between, only happy and somewhat calm.
