Blu-Ray appears to be proud and boastful because she thinks that her brother's video format is obsolete. She also seems to like making others uncomfortable, but is shown to be overall laid back and friendly to the Disc Masters, including the allies along with said Disc masters, despite her eagerness to create electronics and boast it.
