Fuyuko Fukuoka (福岡 冬子) is a Yukionna (雪女), or simply Snow Maiden. She is a wandering yokai who doesn't have much of a home base. Therefore, little is known for certain about her exact whereabouts. But she often appears on very cold days or during the winter months.
