A humanoid fish, can only last so long out of water, usually a few hours. He has the power to manipulate water as an attack or for other purposes. He is also an excellent swimmer. As the tagline suggests, he tends to be shy, but is still rather relaxed at most times. He has a girlfriend, Bubbles, who he thinks about a lot. Other than that, he is pretty much a normal guy with an interest for video games.
