Emperor Pierrot is also known as the Emperor of Evil, a demonic sad clown rendition of Pierrot from Commedia dell'Arte. He is the god and overseer of despair, and as such, he feels a personal obligation to look over and comfort all depressed, traumatized, and otherwise outcast people. He sympathizes for villains and criminals, people who have lost all hope and have nobody else to turn to. Pierrot is very intelligent and often goes on lengthy monologues.
