Rher is a large moon with four eyes, large mouth, and a nose. Ever-watching down upon the world as his moon light sheds across. He is jealous kind of god, not wanting to share the idea or dream of a god to mortal races of humans. Disapproves of the old world being replaced with new world order, as humans become a mocking and pretentious display of new gods. He uses his followers to encompass the ideas of trickery, deceit, subterfuge, schemes, the dark, and anything else involving deviousness.
