Vivian Sharaan Riil is a cold and heartless ruler of the 9th ring of hell called Oblivion. She's a master manipulator and always knows how to get what she wants. She doesn't not take no for an answer and will surely kill you if you refuse. All demons fear her and the ruler of the 10th circle of hell, Slurry admires her manipulation power. Vivian and Slurry do tend to work together in causing unspeakable torment among demons, and make plans to destroy all of humanity.
