Silly, a cat that has a problem of being silly. (silly is mentally ill) Silly can't talk but uses telepathic abilities to communicate with people. He also does weed for some reason. Every day at 12:00 PM he eats a bite of uranium-235 he got from a mining trip he went to back in 1878. He has no self control when it comes to eating the uranium and would KILL to eat the uranium.
