Blue Terror Battler is a blue battler. He's allies with blue battlers and enemies with red battlers. He has a dark blue torso, dark blue legs and yellow skin. He wears a black and blue jester hat, a black cape and he wields a dark blue staff with blue bells attached to it. He attacks by shooting pure fear at his enemies from a distance, dealing extremely low damage and scaring them off. He goes a bit too far to scare some people.
