Her staff is called "scepter of divine indigation" and her staff can summon many colourful orbs called "bullets". She controls the colourful orbs to attack an enemy. She's a timekeeper that she keeps some any universe in her territory. Her real name is Inamari Shinjiaga in the touhou universe and her nickname is "Scepter" in the phighting universe. (Also she's my touhou and phighting oc because I'm bored lol)
