Hakkai Shiba is the younger brother of the 11th generation Black Dragon gang. He is tall, strong, and has a blue buzz cut and blue eyes to match. He has a bad home life, as he is constantly abused by his older brother, resulting in him being terrified of him. Hakkai is a very friendly and polite person though, but simply cannot talk to girls. He freezes up at women’s interactions, and is shy around females in general who are not his sister. Hakkai loves to bowl, and is apart of the Toman gang.
