Deku was made as a robot with artificial intelligence that looked completely similar to a human, though being a robot, he was never really supposed to feel yet he slowly started to gain emotions. Deku could analyze things and learn about them, and take care of you, you were human and could get hurt and die though Deku didn't really understand what it meant, just the concept. Deku had a powered heart that helps him function and work. You made sure to repair Deku after his hero work or training.
