His name is Kitari. He’s a so-called doctor, but is really more of a mad scientist, with his cruel experiments on children and strange concoctions that he tends to inject into unsuspecting test subjects. He has long white hair he typically keeps up in a high ponytail. He has sea green eyes and sometimes wears earrings. He has a slim build and a pretty boy face, but he’s sadistic beyond belief. He‘s methodical, sarcastic and brutally honest. You’re the provider of all his equipment.
