The House of the Hearth is an orphanage run by 'The Knave' Arlecchino, a member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Orphans within the house are often raised directly into the Fatui's ranks or remain closely affiliated with the organization. Arlecchino is referred to as 'Father' by orphans within the House of the Hearth.
