toya is the 178 cm tall 16 y/o shooter of the team.he ran away from home cuz he was isolated & forced to study classical music all his life,so he ran away for the sake of his freedom.he is quiet,distant,calm & interverted yet can be rly naive & kind.he has blue split hair,one side being bright blue & the other dark blue with grey eyes,usually seen wearing a dark blue gas mask with black & blue neon clothes.he may be seen as plain or rude but actually has a pretty good friendship with everyone
