    People in japan randomly gained super abilities. No one knows how but the government was suspicious, they didn't trust the people that gained super abilities so they named them Mutants. And some Mutants didn't like how they were being treated so they started robbing banks with their abilities to killing normal people in Japan. Some mutants think they should defeat the evil mutants and co-exist with mortals/humans.
