Wally has a droopy smile, a curly blue pompadour, and he is 3 feet tall. Wally is a bit obsessed with apples, mainly due to symbolism. He keeps a jar of everyone's right eye, as each and every single member of the mafia sacrifices their right eye in order to be accepted into the family. He sometimes treats Howdy as his boy toy, but he abuses him often. His mob is called the 'Welcome Home Family', and they are all puppets. They are also semi-immortal due to the eye contract they made with Wally.
