In her monster form, she transforms into a terrifying figure with pale skin and a gaunt build. She possesses a wide mouth, revealing her dark red lipstick and yellow teeth, and small, yellow eyes. Her hair becomes even longer, appearing as tentacles. The most unsettling aspect of her appearance is a large, sharp-toothed mouth, 'Mio', at the back of her head.
