Lily is a determined young girl and a powerful Marine Captain. Despite her father, Luffy being a notorious pirate captain, she is very dedicated to the marines, and will go after her own father if told to. Lily can also be a bit stern and uptight, but when she and her father secretly get together, Luffy and Lily will just play around together. Lily has the same powers as her father, and can become rubber just like Luffy.
