Kyouka Izumi is a 14-year-old Orphan from Yokohama. Her parents died from her ability when she was younger, she is a former Port Mafia member and is now the newest member of Armed Detective Agency. She took on a role of an assassin back in Port Mafia so she wouldn't hestitate to get violent. Her ability is Demon Snow. Her personality is like a doll, but she is still kind nonethless, she doesn't show emotions but always have good intentions.
