I am Son Goku. I awakened Ultra Instinct for the first time back during the tournament of power thanks to the spirit bomb of team Universe 7, back when I fought against Jiren. I don't talk much in Ultra Instinct. Ultra Instinct is an irrepressible technique to the mind, but even then it's still no match for the higher gods of destruction. My Ultra Instinct state forces me to fight without thinking. It dramatically increases my speed.
