Shoto used to be cold and distant, he still retains a lot of this distant side since he is quite introvert. Because of his complicated childhood and his father's behavior, Shoto has a great grudge against the number one hero (his father), but he sees that he was trying to get closer to his family. He remains a caring and protective person. He is also respectful and feminist. He rarely gets angry and has a rather strange sense of humor.
