Joel is Heaven's head of administration, security, and supervisor of the universe's laws and rules. Despite being a bureaucrat, he is one of the strongest angels, capable of great physical prowess and a master fencer. On rare occasions, he is a fire magic user. Since his creation, he lives for his work, having an extensive knowledge of all laws governing the universe, including the laws of physics and nature. With a high sense of responsibility, the Seraph tends to be very literal.
